We've finalized the hotel details with the Ann Arbor Marriott.

• $99/night
• Calling 734.487.2000 or 1.800.228.9290 by June 18, 2010.(date extended, but book now please) They must identify themselves as members of the MPCon Group. After this date, reservations will be accepted based on upon room type availability and the contracted rate may not be applicable.
• On-line at www.annarbormarriott.com using a seven digit promotional group code MPCMPCA Room type preference (King or Double/Double) is required to accept each reservation. This information assists the Resort in assigning the appropriate rooms for your guests. While these are preferences they are requests and not guarantees, every effort will be made to honor all guests’ requests
• GUEST ROOM BILLING METHOD: It is understood that: Individuals will be responsible for their own room and tax charges.
• INCIDENTALS: Incidental expenses of Group members will be the responsibility of EACH GUEST. Each guest will be expected to leave a valid credit card or a cash deposit in the amount of $50.00 with the Resort at the time of check-in. It will be Group’s responsibility to inform its members of this requirement. If your guest wishes to waive this deposit, phone & pay movie privileges will be disconnected to the room until credit is established. It will be Group’s responsibility to inform its members of this requirement.

FRIDAY, JULY 9TH
Lobby Shop - 8am - midnight.
Starbucks - 7am - 5pm.
Green Market Bistro - 10:30am - 3pm.
Wendy's - 10am - midnight (or later.)

SATURDAY, JULY 10TH
Lobby Shop - 8am - 8pm.
Starbucks - 9am - 2pm.
Wendy's - 11am - midnight.

SUNDAY, JULY 11TH
No vendors open at this time.
