Signups typically open 1-2 months prior to an event. If you are registered on this website, you will receive an e-mail notification once signups open.
If you no longer wish to attend an event, you may request a refund up to 24-hours before the start of the event. To request a refund, visit the event signup page, and then click "Request Refund". Note: You must be logged in to request a refund. The refund request will take 3-4 business days to process. No refunds will be awarded after 24-hours prior to the event.
If you use a PayPal eCheck to signup for an MPCon event, it will reserve a space for you. However, you will not be able to choose a seat until the payment clears. This typically takes 3-4 business days. Once the payment clears, PayPal will notify MPCon.org and your signup status will automatically change from "Reserved" to "Paid". At this time, you will be able to choose a seat.
Yes. If there are still seats available, you may pay at the door on a first come first serve basis. However, our events typically sell out. The website will reflect the current availability of seats.
Yes. All attendees under the age of 18 must bring a signed waiver form. Download and print the waiver.
Yes. Spectators are required to sign-in. They will receive a special colored wrist-band. Spectators are not allowed to use any equipment at the event without permission.
